The Stem and Leaf Anatomy of the Lycium anatolicum A. Baytop et R. Mill (Solanaceae) Which is An Endemic Species in Turkey.

In this study, the endemic Lycium anatolicum A. Baytop et R. Mill in Turkey was investigated anatomically. The specimens were collected from Sanliurfa province in Turkey. For anatomical studies, cross-sections of the stem and leaves were investigated for the first time. In anatomical studies, stem and leaves were not hair. In the stem; primary vascular tissue bicollateral and internal phloem were present. The mesophylles are isobilateral. The leaves are amphistomatic in surface section. Types of stomata are anomocytic.
